All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, except for holidays and weekends. Orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse and are shipped via Canada Post, USPS, or Fleet Optics. International orders are shipped via PostNL or APC Worldwide.
We provide online tracking numbers for all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking information, once your order has been sent to our shipping department.
Orders within Canada arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
Orders going to the US arrive within 7 to 12 business days.
International orders (outside Canada and the US) may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
We are not responsible for international customs fees or duties. Customers are required to pay any additional customs taxes or fees upon receiving their order.Â

Returns & Refunds
- After receiving your ordered products, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange, issue a store credit or refund your qualified purchase within 15 days (less shipping and handling charges). (Please see exclusions and exceptions below).
- We do not accept any product returns that have been damaged. This includes products torn or bitten by your pet. We will examine all returned products and if the product is not in a perfect and resalable condition, your return will not be approved. Please feel free to send us a picture of the product before returning it to ensure that you receive a full refund.
- Please note, the purpose of our 30 day exchange window is to provide you with an opportunity to feel the product in an indoor environment and is not intended to be used and returned. All returns must be sent with an online tracking number to ensure that our shipping department receives your returned parcel.
- Refunds will not be issued if the product is sent to the wrong shipping address that you have provided on checkout, rerouted to us because your shipping address did not accept the packages (i.e. security or attendant rejected the shipment etc.). You will be responsible for any additional shipment costs and fees as a result of any reshipments and shipping errors from your end.
